I have been working on some projects off of the Creative Memories website and noticed that they have a great collection of quotes! It’s the perfect jumping off point to help you create your own greeting cards and notes.
I do know some folks who think that using quotes is very impersonal and do not care for them at all. I certainly don’t fall into any extreme camp of thought. I believe that whatever you choose is a reflection of your feelings at the time, there is no right or wrong. Criticism in that respect doesn’t seem to help further anything but bad feelings. I say, do what you feel is good for you and your particular purpose. I use quotes many times over for various projects and many times they help me focus my sentiments for the piece. There are also times that I just write what I feel. I think either way is great, because you are communicating and getting back to paper, no matter what!
