Boo Cat Digital Card Design

Another week and another card for the current color challenge at digital tuesday. We have to use kraft, orange and another color, so I decided to go for the Halloween theme.  Here’s my little cat doodle with a witch hat accessory, a little startled from the ghostie!  Simple and quick card design…check it out!

Girl Holding Flowers Digital Card Design

Here is another quick digital card design I created for The Sweet Stop challenge 27.  It is a sketch challenge, so I followed along, but created everything digitally including the little girl holding flowers.  Here’s my card design:

Snowman shaped card

The latest challenge at Dare you to digi stamp is to make a shaped card.  I decided with the cold frosty air and winter approaching to create my own snowman digi stamp.  The whole card would be the snowman shape, until of course I encountered the arms!  Slight alteration and finally decided on my card design below.  It is supposed to open from the fold on top of the hat.

Ladybug Digital Card Design

Time flies and no pun intended because regarding digital tuesday’s challenge of things with wings.  I really wanted to do something more detailed and have been putting this off until I have more time.  However, a big project must be completed for work, so I decided to do something quick instead. Here is my super fast ladybug digital card design – as you can see I went a bit crazy with the strong colors! Thanks for stopping by!

Stack of Owls Digital Card Design

With the holidays just around the corner, I have  been doing a bit of brainstorming regarding holiday card designs.  I had created an actual rubber stamp of a stack of owls to help with holiday card making and decided to run with the idea and do a digital sketch to  brainstorm.  It just so happens that Caardvarks is running a tall card challenge, so this exercise worked together perfectly. Here is my quick and easy tall card for the holidays using my stack of owls design and topping it with a Christmas tree.

I think it turned out very cute and although I might do some other variations for my actual holiday cards, this was a nice start!  BTW, you can get the owlie digital stamp on my previous post. Don’t forget to check out the rest of my freebies on this blog and I have also started up a new venture and opened up a Zazzle store named tortagialla!  I would appreciate it if you checked it out!

Printable Halloween Card

I love to design my own digital papers and print out cards at home, but sometimes you can run out of ink pretty quickly!  I started to think about creating printables that were specifically designed to use less ink in general if possible. The latest Dare U 2 digistamp challenge is themed around colors, so I decided to create a digital printable card keeping low use of ink in mind.

Here is the halloween themed card I came up with, using a variety of pattern papers.

I designed all the graphics for this card, so feel free to use them for your personal projects at home.  You can print them out and hopefully it won’t use up all your ink either!  Enjoy!

Music to my ears with a singing elf

Another Digital Tuesday Challenge, but this time with the theme of music.  I decided to create a sheet of music paper pattern for the background then the central singing elf character.  Pretty cute in the end and I especially like the contrast of bright holiday colors against the black and white.  Hope you like my card!
