I created a quickie stationery set and shared on my art blog, but realized it would be perfect to post here since I’m all for traditional correspondence and sharing. It’s a simple but classy old fashioned feel stationery set, matching envelope and writing papers. Just download the PDF below and print for your personal writing adventures. Have fun and enjoy!

Hi Linda,
I just wanted to say thank you for providing this template for air mail stationery at no charge. My father is one of the lucky surviving World War II veterans chosen to take an Honor Flight to Washington, DC to visit the WWII memorial. The people who organize this event ask that family and friends of the veterans write letters like those that were given out at “mail call” way back when. I thought putting it on air mail stationery would be just the thing but did not realize that the post office no longer carries air mail stationery and envelopes. I certainly didn’t need to buy a whole lot of it and I didn’t have the time to wait for an order bought over the internet. So thank you for coming to my rescue with this great printable template. Now I just need to write the heartfelt thank you to my dad, not only for being my dad but for also being a hero to his country.
Hi Mary – I’m glad my little stationery design could be of use. I didn’t know that they don’t sell it anymore, I think it might be a novelty item now. You are very welcome!
Hi Mary, this is a great template. I’m looking for a template that would allow me to print out address labels with this red and blue airmail border. Would you be able to create that or know where I could find one?
Just used your stationery after googling “air mail stationary download.” I used it to write a letter to my 85 year old Uncle for his honor Fight on June 7. Thank you! I was trying to make it look like the real thing. I have a wonderful picture of he and my aunt when my uncle was home on leave in 1945. I wish I could have posted it here for you.
help! how can i get these templates to be full size, without the lines on them? thanks!
hi beth! the lines are in the design of the stationery. one piece of paper printed makes two pages of the stationery
that fits in the envelope template size – meant to be a set.
