growing up, one ear at a time scrapbook layout

I suppose that over the weekend, I lost momentum and now really feeling the rush in creating these daily scrapbook layouts. I certainly still want to do it, just haven’t been inspired so much by the prompts in these few days.

Not sure what is going on with my mojo. So instead of going with prompts, I decided to turn to my stack of photos to be scrapped. Sometimes it is just about the photos. There’s a story, but maybe it doesn’t have to be written out with loads of words.

Maybe because I think it would be self explanatory? Just a record of my little furbaby growing up. I think my favorite part of this layout are the sewing and buttons. Just looks cool to me.

I’m going to add another page to this tomorrow, because there are a bunch of photos I want to include of Vash. His first months with us and how his ears grew strong, staying pointy – both of them :)

I like it! I’m kinda struggling with my art journal, too. I don’t know if I should press on or just focus on painting, which is all I feel like doing lately. But I tend to do better when I work through the dry spells rather than just walk away from it all.

definitely…working through the dry spells usually helps! instead of falling prey to just stagnation!
