BIG Journaling Cards Sampler

I suddenly had the thought that perhaps journaling cards should be bigger! Creating them as 4×6 means Project Life scrappers can use them in the large pockets or size them down as necessary. I like to have journaling cards ready for any little notes I want to jot down in the moment. And since I print from home to use in my  hybrid layouts, bigger is better to give myself the option to resize and/or crop.

I started to play around with a few different styles and wanted to share a sampler pack, free for your personal use below.

BIG Journaling Cards Sampler Pack

I’m wondering if folks always stick to the same style of cards or mix and match as they scrap along? How do you use journaling cards and do you like the BIG size?

Be sure to sign-up for my newsletter to keep updated on when I release packs of journaling cards in the shop. Enjoy!

Great! I love 4×6 journaling cards for PL too. Well I don’t do PL365 but I use those divided page protectors.

I don’t care if the journaling cards are the same style. I did in the beginning, but just like anything else in scrapbooking, I quickly found that my taste changed by the minute and different photos/topics call for different styles!

Very cool – yes I realized that a lot of folks are using pockets, even if they aren’t doing the PL system as a whole. Thanks for input!

Love the ledger lined! The journaling cards I use are whatever size is there- I often have ones that are cut down in size, part is cut off, any number things happen to them from their original condition. I tend to use what ever I have and bigger ones give me more options- I can always cut it to the size I need/want.

Thank you! These cards will be very useful! I always need 4×6 cards for Project Life. I have more 3×4 cards than 6×4 so they are much appreciated :)
To answer your question, I do mix and match different styles of journaling cards on PL but I usually try to stay in one color scheme per week (and then change every week). Sorry no photos to show yet, I’m trying to catch up! (urrently working on week 8 because I received my PL kit in February and wanted to start from Jan 1st!)

thanks for your input and good to know there are folks looking for these bigger journaling cards. I think they are great for regular scrapbooking and to use as papers/embellishments as well, not jsut journaling. Yay!

“surfed” here from scrapbooking.craftgossip.com — first: thank you! second: I like 4×6 journaling cards!!! I’m printing my iphone photos as 3×4 size yet still wanted to include a story, so please know there is a need for larger journalers/fillers as well!
